Au cœur de la ville de Noirmoutier, l’hôtel Jacobsen est réhabilité par l’architecte Stéphane Barbotin pour abriter un musée. A l’occasion, Michel Collin conçoit un jardin destiné à la fois aux visiteurs du musée et aux habitants.
